Hi! I’m Kristopher Noel, a software engineer with a passion for building technology that helps people in meaningful ways. My journey into tech wasn’t traditional—I come from a household of immigrants, and I didn’t grow up around code. But I discovered software engineering through The Marcy Lab School. I realized the same technology I grew up using, game consoles, apps, and websites, were all built by software engineers. That realization drove me to dive deep into software development, where I’ve built applications and worked on real teams solving real problems. What I enjoy most about tech is the process of building with purpose. I’ve taught myself through documentation, online courses, and hands-on projects—learning not just how things work, but why they work. I’m drawn to challenges that push me outside my comfort zone and help me grow, both technically and personally. Outside of coding, I’m someone who thrives on movement and creativity. I enjoy working out to stay sharp, writing to process my thoughts, and reading to explore new ideas and perspectives. Traveling is one of my favorite ways to recharge—it reminds me there’s always more to discover, both in the world and in myself. Whether I’m in the gym, on the go, or in front of my laptop solving bugs, I bring curiosity, resilience, and heart to everything I do.
